Following past days’ discussion, we have got some new and pretty detail ideas from the web:

Aion Vs WoW

1. Aion has been around for a while now. First released in Asia and received good review there, the beta released in Asia a while back was 10 times worst than the one they released in US and UK. So the whole comment about “compare aion beta and wow beta” is out of the question.

2. Aion has an awesome graphics compare to WoW, but with the upcoming WoW xpac, we will then see if they will become similar; and this is highly possible.

3. Aion – PVE wise: hugely relies on grinding, quests are spread way apart, hence it makes it hard to gain xp, less thought put into it. WoW – PVE wise: it has the big lead, if you’ve tried Aion and WoW and compare this, you will know the answer – raid/group quests/ dungeons etc.

4. Aion – PVP wise: won’t say it’s perfect but it’s not too bad, it’s more fun to pvp in aion but you deal with other annoying game play/ui issues such as toon movements and such. WoW – is not perfect, you can’t perfect PvP class balance, you can but it’s hard.

5. Game play – Aion 2 : WoW 50

6. Blizzard > NCsoft

My conclusion is that, you should pick your choice by your interest. We know that AION is pretty charming, while wow is pretty aggressive. These two games will offer you different game experience, which we suggest you to try both from our Game Account Store as well.

Combat Tips to help you stronger (2)

Posted by Virtual Barrack - February 23rd, 2010

Hope this post would help you to grow stronger in PVPs. Anyway, practice makes perfect, so remember all these skills, and get into the wow world to train your character!

* Being in neutral cities such as Ratchet and Booty Bay do not guarantee protection from enemies in PvP. If you attack an enemy in a neutral town you will lose reputation with that town.

* Mobs with a gold or silver dragon border around there name are considered “Elite” and have considerably more hit points then standard monsters their level. Silver borders denote “Rare Spawn” monsters that spawn ever so often in specific areas of the world.

* If a Mob has a shield of Lordaeron or a symbol of the Horde beside their name, that will indicate their allegiance. Having these symbols also denotes that the Mob is hostile towards the opposing faction.

* A flag in the ground denotes a “Duel Zone” between two players. If you see two players with a flag in the ground beside them you will know that they are engaged in a duel.

Aion Vs Wow

Posted by Virtual Barrack - February 22nd, 2010

Which side would you prefer, when you are a MMOPRG beginner and wanna start playing online games?

People say:
The graphics of aion are better then wow.
The character customization of aion is better then wow.
The combat system of aion is better then wow.

However,

The Aion world layout sucks.
The Aion quest system sucks.
The Aion game has no replay value.

Do you agree with it?
Which side would you choose when you want to buy game accounts?

Combat Tips to help you stronger (1)

Posted by Virtual Barrack - February 21st, 2010

People mumble about losing again and again in PvP combats, even if they have bought a Level 80 wow character from us. Why is this happening?

The most possible reason is that — they don’t understand the skills of combating. So here in the following paragraphs, I gonna introduce to you some tips for success combats in PvP section:

* If you start to cast a spell and then find that you don’t need it or need to change it before it is completely cast, you can cancel it by moving OR by pressing the escape key. This is very useful when stuck by a movement prevention spell or effect.

* The colors on the level of a Mob will indicate how hard it is. Red being the hardest while gray means you will gain no experience from killing it. Mobs with ?? for their level are mobs you want to avoid fighting at all costs (they’ll hurt you lots).

* On Player Vs Player servers, you can only attack enemies if they are in a contested zone or in a zone that belongs to your faction. If an enemy enters your zone they cannot attack you unless you go aggressive against them.

*If you are hit in the back there is a possibility of being dazed; an effect that will reduce your speed and make enemies catch up with you quickly if you are running. When possible engage enemies directly.

Gank Vs Fight

Posted by Virtual Barrack - February 20th, 2010

Refering to our previous post: What is GANK, here a following version on the special elements of Ganking.

The big difference between ganks and other fights is that the intention of the gank was purely for gaining gold, experience, and time-fielded advantage over the victim as opposed to a battle during which the fight initiator was attempting a push or other situation involving a direct attempt at a strategic goal such as killing a tower.

However, after a successful gank, the enemy team has fewer heroes to defend, so ganking can enable team pushes against the disadvantaged opponent.

It is important to note that you should only gank if there is someone to gank. Just wandering around the map is pointless and will hurt you late game.

(BTW, Ganking appears in both Aion and World of Warcraft.)

Time Saving for WoW Quests (2)

Faction Leader

If you are hearthed in Dalaran or Shattrath, plan your portal/hearthstone use for maximum efficiency. I highly recommend Hordies log out in Orgrimmar so that the next day they can start in Org, fly to TB, hearth, portal to Silvermoon City, then portal to UC.

Best Practice
I find that is best for picking up and turning in the bracelets in the fastest amount of time, taking in account where you land in the city and traveling to the next capital. Alliance don’t have it as easy because there is no quick portal between Darnassus and The Exodar. So, start in Ironforge, fly or tram to Stormwind, hearth to Darnassus and then either boat to the Exodar or wait for your next hearthing opportunity.

How to save time for Lovely Charm Bracelets

Make sure you have the collecting kit in your bags before your daily questing. Doing the Crushing the Crown daily, and hanging around to kill a few extra bad guys, will help you collect charms (which are a medium drop rate). Also, farming meat for the Cooking Daily, as long as the mobs are green or higher, is a very efficient way to collect charms. And, if you’re not a healer, signing up for a random dungeon or two, will fill your bags with charms — so make sure to empty your bags before going.

What is GANK?

Posted by Virtual Barrack - February 18th, 2010

These days we have got a funny questions from a funny guy. He asked about the meaning of “ganking”, and wonders why this word isn’t included in dictionaries. Well well … it’s because, G.A.N.K. is an acronym for Go Around N’(And) Kill!

Clear explanation about Ganking here:

To gank, or to go on a gank (or gangbang) is to carry out a sudden attack on a disadvantaged enemy force for the purpose of killing one or more heroes.

Ganks usually involve greater numbers of attackers and fewer of victims, but depending on the context a gank can involve any balance of attackers and victims as long as the intention was a fast hero-killing assault.

Update of Quests (4)

Posted by Virtual Barrack - February 17th, 2010

Wanna read the previous three tips? Take a look at the following:

For previous quest 1 in “Love in the Air” Event, please refer to Quest 1.

For previous quest 2 in “Love in the Air” Event, please refer to Quest 2.

For previous quest 3 in “Love in the Air” Event, please refer to Quest 3.

The Story daily quest

Once you’ve done all the legwork for the goblin detective to uncover the real story, he sends you off to be his enforcer. The location he sends to you varies according to your level, but the quest is the same: go there, kill bad guys, blow something up. It’s very easy and the respawn rate is high. Unfortunately, on a PvP realm, so is the gank rate.
Take care, or otherwise you goona reply this shot for quiet some times :D

Update of Quests (3)

For previous quest 1 in “Love in the Air” Event, please refer to Quest 1.

For previous quest 2 in “Love in the Air” Event, please refer to Quest 2.

The Story quest chain

It begins with Uncommon Scents in a capital other than Stormwind or Orgrimmar and takes you through the story behind all of this sample forcing going on and explains why you need to go kill the big bad bosses in Shadowfang Keep. The story is fun, and much better than just randomly flirting with guards as in previous years, but the real awesomeness in this questline is the mechanics. In Pilfering Perfume, you change into a goblin and get sent off on autorun to go steal a crate of perfume. And in Hot On the Trail, you participate in a fun series of scripts, even losing control of your character a few times. I squeed throughout the first time. I can’t wait to see more of this in Cataclysm.
