Knowing that many Aion account players spend a lot of time in the character customization page, Aion developers now allows you to get back into the character customization game again with $9.99USD. If you get tired of your old character look, just change it! You can reaccess the character creation customization screen to change your character’s appearance in any way you could when making a new character (except changing gender), including changing hair style, hair color, body style, voice, face shape, decoration, tattoo, eye color, lip color, and skin color.

If you wanna go further to change your character gender as well, just pay $5 more ($14.99 USD) and you are able to go through a whole change in your Aion character appearance.
