Aion Vs WoW

1. Aion has been around for a while now. First released in Asia and received good review there, the beta released in Asia a while back was 10 times worst than the one they released in US and UK. So the whole comment about “compare aion beta and wow beta” is out of the question.

2. Aion has an awesome graphics compare to WoW, but with the upcoming WoW xpac, we will then see if they will become similar; and this is highly possible.

3. Aion – PVE wise: hugely relies on grinding, quests are spread way apart, hence it makes it hard to gain xp, less thought put into it. WoW – PVE wise: it has the big lead, if you’ve tried Aion and WoW and compare this, you will know the answer – raid/group quests/ dungeons etc.

4. Aion – PVP wise: won’t say it’s perfect but it’s not too bad, it’s more fun to pvp in aion but you deal with other annoying game play/ui issues such as toon movements and such. WoW – is not perfect, you can’t perfect PvP class balance, you can but it’s hard.

6. Blizzard > NCsoft

My conclusion is that, you should pick your choice by your interest. We know that AION is pretty charming, while wow is pretty aggressive. These two games will offer you different game experience, which we suggest you to try both from our Game Account Store as well.

People say:
The graphics of aion are better then wow.
The character customization of aion is better then wow.
The combat system of aion is better then wow.

However,

The Aion world layout sucks.
The Aion quest system sucks.
The Aion game has no replay value.

The big difference between ganks and other fights is that the intention of the gank was purely for gaining gold, experience, and time-fielded advantage over the victim as opposed to a battle during which the fight initiator was attempting a push or other situation involving a direct attempt at a strategic goal such as killing a tower.

However, after a successful gank, the enemy team has fewer heroes to defend, so ganking can enable team pushes against the disadvantaged opponent.

It is important to note that you should only gank if there is someone to gank. Just wandering around the map is pointless and will hurt you late game.

(BTW, Ganking appears in both Aion and World of Warcraft.)

Not really …. actually it’s a simple but new stuff for Aion characters. Knowing that many Aion account players spend a lot of time in the character customization page, Aion developers now allows you to get back into the character customization game again with $9.99USD. If you get tired of your old character look, just change it! You can reaccess the character creation customization screen to change your character’s appearance in any way you could when making a new character (except changing gender), including changing hair style, hair color, body style, voice, face shape, decoration, tattoo, eye color, lip color, and skin color.

If you wanna go further to change your character gender as well, just pay $5 more ($14.99 USD) and you are able to go through a whole change in your Aion character appearance.

Unhappy with the character name you buy from Vbarrack? Change it! After you buy a character name change, you apply the account service to a particular character, then log in to the game on that character and receive a Name Change Ticket in the in-game express mail. Use the Name Change Ticket by simply double-clicking it, entering a new character name, previewing the change, and confirming it. And that would be fine! Did Aion fool you into buying the game?

I think I was fooled into buying Aion. The grind didn’t seem bad in the beta for the lower levels. It seemed reasonable. The problem is NCSoft hid the real grind from me. If I was able to experience the grind first hand in the beta I would of never bought Aion.

So, do you feel the same as well? And actually, this’s the reason why I always suggest people to buy a game account instead of buying only the game itself. We have never received any complaints on “fooling them to buy aion accounts” after all — so you know what you should do in the future

If you have watched the video, you may have notice something about the Chanters. Although you can’t knock down a mob already on the ground, you can knock down the mob as it starts to get back up!
What’s more: if you stun a target and re-stun it while the previous stun effect was still in effect, the 2nd stun will overwrite the 1st stun. An example of this is getting a stun with Infernal Blaze, then stunning with Parrying Strike. Depending on the situation, you may want to allow the 1st stun effect to complete before trying another stun. This would be a good fighting skill. Keep it in mind!

Let’s take a look at the movie first:

Here is footage of my 33 Chanter and 33 Sorceror in PVE, fighting against the same 34-35 Klaw mobs.

This is as close to an apples-to-apples comparison that I could get between different classes, in terms of having the same level, comparable gear, and fighting the same mobs.

Wana more tips? Oh oh no sorry, that should be all in my previous three tips. Just remember to get your hands on every piece of material you can, especialy the Fluxes, they are expensive in any kind of trade and they don ‘t drop as easy as you might think.

A warm reminder from my experience would be: You can get Blue recipes by doing work orders close to your crafting level. so Go for it ! Blue items sell for small fortunes.

Now, at lvl 10 crafting the npc will add a new work order (10p). You will notice that in order to complete this work order you will need additional materials that you can buy from the vendor. Depending on the craft you pick you will sink between 500 and -3k for every 10p work order (Happy for the reward?) This will further help you raise your crafting skills.

You will find that Crafting eats up a lot of time cuz of the crafting timer, and there is a possibility you can fail at crafting thus loosing the materials. (Happy!)You stil gain points in level even if you fail in crafting.
